Hi, Im Neil, your Personal Window Covering Specialist and owner of The Window Blind Connection for over 49 years. I specialize in all types of Custom Window Coverings, offering high quality Custom Shutters, Blinds, Shades, Draperies, Motorization and Installation.

With my deep product knowledge and experience, I will personally guide you, step by step, in selecting the perfect combination of window treatments that offer the best function, need and of course, decoratively pleasing results. I got started in the window covering business in 1973 with my family. During the early years of the company, we focused on manufacturing custom window coverings for our commercial accounts. It was during that time that I began to master all the facets of the business. Knowing the products, how they were assembled, installing our products with our best technicians, and most of all, how to be a business owner. This earned our company a great reputation in the industry including exemplary A+ ratings from the Better Business Bureau and many glowing testimonials from our family of clients.

In 1979, I had a vision of branching out on my own and started a retail covering operation called, The Window Blind Connection. We specialize in Custom Blinds, Shades, Shutters, Draperies and Motorization, and we take great pride in offering the full experience for any window covering needs you desire. The full experience includes a free in-home consultation, bringing the showroom to you. We discuss design details, function and energy efficiency, light control and privacy issues, and then I assess the project on a personal and individual level, I help my clients discover the perfect solutions to all their unique window covering needs, and not waste their valuable time, I develop long lasting relationships with everyone we do business with. I handle all of my clients with honesty, care and integrity. A new client is not a mere transaction, but an extension of our family.   I had my all my windows overhauled with box shutters on my house two years ago and we get compliments frequently from friends and neighbors.   We ordered blinds with Neil in person after getting a personal quote at our home a few years ago and it was a great experience. The blinds are hardy and have lasted very well over several years. Neil has been just a text or email away whenever we needed anything. Our front living room window gets the most use and recently when the blind wasn’t closing right, Neil came by in person to pick it up and get it fixed through his supplier.   My husband and I first met Neil, owner of the Window Blind Connection two years ago when we contacted him regarding new blinds for half of our house.  He spent time with us deciding the type, color etc. that would go with our decor.  No rush or pressure on his part. We ordered cellular automated shades. They were beautifully installed and have continued to work seamlessly. About three weeks ago we called Neil regarding one shade that appeared to be stuck.  He immediately ordered a brand new shade then drove many miles to install it himself at absolutely no charge to us. His installer was already committed, so Neil, realizing that it was close to the holidays came himself. In this day and age it is rewarding to find an honest, reliable businessman as Neil.
