  My entire experience with Neal and Window Blind Connection was superb!  He showed up exactly when he said he would the measurements were done promptly and a written invoice was given as soon as I said I wanted to proceed.  Gabriel, the I stalled, was  responsive and he was here this past weekend to install the blind.  It fits perfectly and Gabriel was in and out literally in 5 minutes.   We ordered blinds with Neil in person after getting a personal quote at our home a few years ago and it was a great experience. The blinds are hardy and have lasted very well over several years. Neil has been just a text or email away whenever we needed anything. Our front living room window gets the most use and recently when the blind wasn't closing right, Neil came by in person to pick it up and get it fixed through his supplier.   Neil provides fair pricing, great products, and excellent installation and service.  I've used him twice now to install Honeycomb Duette shades on every French Door (4 pairs, 8 doors) and almost every window in my home.   Neil at WBC is absolutely amazing. Rarely do you find someone so knowledgeable, patient , accurate, and with such wonderful ideas. I had my plantation shutters refinished , the perfection  unbelievable, Several other companies informed me they were unable to remove the yellow color ( from smoke) , that refinishing would only last a couple weeks cuz the stained yellow hue would bleed thus no matter what or how they refinished them. Well guys you can learn from Neil , not only was he able to without bleeding thru , it was in such a timely manner from start to finish BRAVO and Thank you, I already recommended him to my friends

  I found Neil on yelp. He did lots of blinds and shutters for us. The price the very reasonable and guys that installed everything were very kind. I would highly recommend them . Their work was exceptional and I would definitely use them again.

  I'm very happy with the outcome of our blinds for our sliding door. I was looking for something different and did not want vertical blinds. This gives our home a modern look that I'm very pleased with. I didn't compare prices bc we just wanted something sooner than later.   This place was next on my list after I got an outrageous quote from down the street. WBC was able to do the same job for half that cost. I'm happy with our cellular shades from the beginning to the end of the process: quickly was able to talk to a real person (Neil, good person), get ideas, get an appointment, get windows measured, pick the thing we wanted that aligned with my parameters, then the shades were ordered and were installed within the timeframe I was looking for. So there were two in-person interactions, and both went well. 1 person came for installation, was tidy, and my old ugly plastic vertical blinds that they replaced were hauled away. So happy to never see them again. It's been a few weeks and I'm very pleased with the look and function. I appreciate their responsiveness and honesty.Would recommend.
